Woodsman Energy is a private Alberta based company focused on acquiring and developing stable, low-decline oil and gas production. Founded in 2021, Woodsman commenced operations in August 2023 and is a reliable counterparty for producers looking to sell assets or who may have attractive drilling prospects and are otherwise capital constrained. 

As a result of two acquisitions, our production is currently 400-450 boe/d balanced between oil and natural gas. Our properties are primarily located at Sullivan Lake and Cessford in SE Alberta and at Valhalla in NW Alberta.  

Woodsman is funded through Westbridge Capital Ltd. of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
